eZCom School Communication App

eZCom is a powerful communication platform to deliver an outstanding school experience to all the stakeholders of a school including the teachers, the parents and the students. The system allows the app users to receive alerts, newsletters and updates from the school using push notification. Besides the messaging, the eZCom app can be integrated with school’s ERP system to provide real-time access to school calendar, time table, attendance, daily homework, online fee payment, transportation, grades etc.

The Push Notifications is implemented using different messaging servers. For Android, we used the GCM Server, for iPhone we have used the APNS Server and for Windows Phone, we have used the MPNS Server. The App is very simple and easy to use. The back-end system can run either on school’s server or alternatively eZCom’s servers.

Key Features:

- Ability to add profiles of the children studying or the school staff or a mix of both

- Ability to receive notifications for the alerts, newsletters and updates sent by the school

- Send and receive one-way mass messages / personalized messages to targeted recipient group (s) / individual(s)

- Ability to view the message details on clicking each message header

- Integration with School’s information system can be implemented using single Sign-on

- Real-time access to all related school information system data depending on the user & the access credentials (users include parent, staff and parents who are staff as well)

- Maintain a history of all the messages received from the school

- Track message delivery and have incorporated intelligence to take appropriate action

- Access all parent, student and staff contact information

- Ability to integrate location tracking information for schools using GPS tracking devices on their school buses

EZcom è una piattaforma di comunicazione potente per offrire un'esperienza di scuola eccezionale per tutti gli stakeholder di una scuola, tra cui gli insegnanti, i genitori e gli studenti. Il sistema permette agli utenti di app di ricevere avvisi, newsletter e aggiornamenti dalla scuola utilizzando notifica push. Oltre alla messaggistica, l'applicazione EZcom può essere integrato con il sistema ERP della scuola per fornire accesso in tempo reale al calendario scolastico, orari, la frequenza, a casa tutti i giorni, il pagamento della tassa in linea, trasporto, ecc gradi

Le notifiche push è implementato utilizzando diversi server di messaggistica. Per Android, abbiamo usato il server GCM, per iPhone abbiamo utilizzato il server APNS e per Windows Phone, abbiamo utilizzato il server MPNs. L'App è molto semplice e facile da usare. Il sistema di back-end può funzionare sia su un server della scuola o in alternativa i server di EZcom.

Caratteristiche principali:

- Possibilità di aggiungere i profili dei figli che studiano o personale scolastico o un mix di entrambi

- Possibilità di ricevere le notifiche per gli avvisi, newsletter e aggiornamenti inviati dalla scuola

- Inviare e ricevere messaggi a senso unico di massa / messaggi personalizzati a gruppi mirati beneficiario (s) / individuale (s)

- Possibilità di visualizzare i dettagli del messaggio facendo clic su ogni intestazione del messaggio

- L'integrazione con il sistema informativo della scuola può essere implementata utilizzando Single Sign-On

- In tempo reale l'accesso a tutti i dati relativi sistema informazioni a seconda che l'utente e le credenziali di accesso (utenti comprendono genitore, personale e genitori che sono personale pure)

- Mantenere una cronologia di tutti i messaggi ricevuti dalla scuola

- Consegna dei messaggi Traccia e hanno incorporato l'intelligenza di prendere i provvedimenti opportuni

- Accedere alle informazioni tutto genitore, studente e il contatto personale
